I attended the workshop program and found it very beneficial. Merchandising is hihgly responsible job but Merchandisers made alot of mistakes during order execution. These mistakes are either happened due to lack of knowledge or unfulfilment of procedures. During the lecture Mr. Salim Rajani explained entire procedures in detail with practical examples. I can say that now I would become a good Merchandiser and can develop a healthy system based on the procedures shared by the teacher. They also explained the points to be followed for approval and bulk procurement. The time & action plan and production follow-up sheets were extreemly appreciable.
